TYPES OF TEAS AND THEIR BENEFITS

HEY BEAUTIES, As we all know that TEA has many benefits, but still we don’t some of the important, various benefits of different types of teas. Studies have found that some teas may help with cancer, heart diseases, and diabetes; encourage weight loss; lower cholesterol; and bring about mental alertness. I think it is a great and best alternative to coffee. First, tea has less caffeine. It’s pretty well established that the compounds in tea – their flavonoids – are good for the heart and may reduce cancer.

Teas, including green, black and red, have been used to improve the overall health and appearance of skin and hair for centuries.It also helps to regain your lost beauty and makes your skin refresh. Although u know that face packs helps ti glow skin, but more than that these variety of teas do as well.

1. GREEN TEA: It has high concentration of EGCG.  Green tea’s antioxidants may interfere with the growth of bladder, breast, lung, stomach, pancreatic, and colorectal cancers; prevent clogging of the arteries, burn fat, counteract oxidative stress on the brain, reduce risk of neurological disorders like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases, reduce risk of stroke, and improve cholesterol levels. It not only helps us from illness but also it  also helps in beauty. Even we can use green tea as a face pack so that it removes all the dead cells from our skin and makes the skin glow. Mix lime juice to green tea and apply to your hair so that the dandruff will be reduced.

2. OOLONG TEA: This tea plays a key role in reducing wrinkles, black spots. It helps even from skin pigmentation. The anti-oxidants present in this tea remove the dirt and wastes present on your skin. One variety of oolong, Wuyi, is heavily marketed as a weight loss supplement, but science hasn’t backed the claims.

3. GINGER TEA: Ginger tea helps to get rid of congestion of the throat and nose. Even this tea contains more anti-oxidants. It helps the skin from becoming black colour and even skin pigmentation by applying this ginger tea to your skin. Apply this tea decaution to your scalp and wash it after some time then your hair fall problem will be reduced to max.

4.BLACK TEA: After preparing your black tea, leave it for sometime until it becomes somewhat cool then apply it to your face and massage for atleast 15 minutes then after it becoming dry wash it off, this reduces the age spots.
