Typical teenage skin types range from oily to combination. Keep your skin glowing with this simple routine !
Cleanse your skin twice a day with a mild cleansing lotion or milk. Use damp cotton wool pads to apply cleanser over your face, and to wipe it off.
Toners get rid of left-over cleanser and oil. Those containing astringent (with an alcohol content) are good for really greasy skin but can cause havoc on sensitive skin. Test it first to avoid flare-ups.
Apply toner with damp cotton pads using light upward strokes.
Moisturizers protect the skin and hydrate it, creating a great base to work on for your make-up. Apply small dots to the face and neck, and us light upward strokes to spread evenly, and massage into the skin.
• Use a light moisturizer as teenage skin has enough oil in it already.
• Try a UV moisturizer during the day to protect from sun damage and a creamier one at night.
